The crowds in Schladming were down on previous years, as witnessed by
the proliferation of race-gear shod downhillers in my contribution to
the wheres waldo phenomenon. But that didnt stop racer and spectator to
pull up saddle, (or piece of concrete) and watch the big screen version of
events unfold. Every race must have a big screen...and possibly every home too!
