The Fast Get Faster?
decline's, Scott Hart, got me thinking pretty hard about this new UCI rule. Will it provide an unfair advantage to the fastest riders while leaving those out of the top 20 in the cold and rain? What happens to strategy in racing? Or is this rule what the UCI World Cup needs?
